Never heard of it....

fuck the hate. ride the 1-8
"Sometimes when I'm on the road with those Anti Hero guys, that's as close to outlaw living as it gets. And I remember seeing certain trips and just thanking God that I didn't skate for them because the trips looked so fucking gnarly. The drinking and all the other shit those guys get into... not caring about what anyone thinks. It's a pretty romantic idea. And I realize why  people are so attracted to it. It's so raw. Not to many get to live the life those guys get to live. Thank God Julien started Anti Hero." - Max

Copied from The Chrome Ball Incident.

There's a lot of fucking amazing things in skateboarding, and there's a shit ton of suck in it too. Larry Stranger and company have always seemed to transcend all that lame shit and kept it grass roots even while being one of the hottest commodities 'boarding has to offer right now. I mean fuck, look at whose waved the eagle banner! Bob, Upson GODDAMN CARDS!! Sean Young in the rain will never get old.

I'm gonna close this before it gets too gay. May you always be able to buy a kelly green AH shirt.

I'm a junk collector. (TG cruiser review)

As it may already be established, I REALLY like skateboarding. It's fun. So recently on my vacation I stopped by Humidity Skate Shop in New Orleans and saw this bad boy. And being a Tommy Guerrero fan, and a huge supporter of all things Real/ Deluxe related, i couldn't, in good conscious, not get it.
Super fun.
And what new deck is complete without a new set of baller ass cruising wheels? Not one I'm gonna be caught dead with, that's for sure

Also super damn fun.

Stickers and shit!
So as I'm checking it out, the first thing i notice is how awesome the shape of it is. It's a compact size, so its not too bulky to keep around your house, car, girlfriends car, moms house, ya know....whatever. The tail doesn't flair out too much, so its not too bulky to be used as a normal skateboard, and the nose is rounded unlike some other boards of this variety so you're (I'm) not too worried about stabbing your (my) junky if (when) you (I) flubb up that kickflip. And even the concave at the base of the nose/ tail are shaped much like a normal board, so again, super easy to go back and forth.

The wheels are 60 mm high Salba cut, and 92a durometer. they aren't the softest Spitfire makes, but I'm not much into the super squishy wheels anyway it worked out for me pretty good. The wheels aren't too soft to make them entirely limited just to crusing around on, if you skate a good bit of transition/ bowls/ vert/ anything i cant do, they should still give you what you need in a wheel. They are wide enough to give you enough stability, but not too cumbersome to be  a hassle. I bought some Spitfire Cheapshot bearings to go along with it, and it's quiet enough to rock as a set of filmer wheels (should you be compelled to do so)

I hope this was compelling enough to make you interested in it, and if not i hope you liked the pictures.
Thanks guys, thanks for rolling.

Keep on keeping on.

Bad day at the office? Girl troubles? Just really need some of that sweet sexy "me" time? Get out and get yours.
Fuck the NBA, there's never gonna be a skateboarding lockout.
